Committing to a perfume online shouldn’t feel risky. That’s why All of our 100ml fragrance bottles come bundled with a 2ML tester of the matching fragrance, allowing you to experience your new perfume before unwrapping the full-sized bottle.
After using the tester, you can decide to keep your purchase or return the unopened full-size bottle for a refund or exchange. simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Return postage is at customers expense.

Orders from the USA will be shipped from Texas.

If you have received an item damaged or faulty, please contact support within 7 days of delivery.
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong perfume, please immediately contact support with your order number. Do this right away — once the shipping process has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
In the extremely rare instance that you’ve had an allergic reaction to a product, discontinue use of the product immediately; please take a photo of the reaction, and contact our support team sales@zimmerparfums.com.
